Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy – 2025 Salty Kidz Summer Programs At Salty Kidz, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, while ensuring that we can continue to offer a high-quality experience for all participants. All refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. However, please read below for the general guidelines. Cancellation & Refund Policy: Salty Kidz reserves the right to cancel any weekly program due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrollment, extreme weather, or other emergencies). Families will receive notification of cancellation as early as possible and receive a full refund. If space is available, families will be offered the option to switch to another week. Customer Cancellation and Refund Policy: Before 2 weeks of the program start date: Full refund minus a 3.0% credit card processing fee. 1 week or less before the start date: 50% refund. Cancellations Due to Medical or Emergency Circumstances: If a participant must withdraw due to illness or an emergency, a full refund may be considered with proper documentation (e.g., a doctor's note). Transfers & Substitutions: If a participant can no longer attend, families may request to transfer their registration to another child, pending approval. Program Date Changes: Once registration is complete, requests to change program dates are not guaranteed and will depend on availability. If a change is possible, it may require re-registration, which could result in additional fees. Please contact us at info@salty-kidz.com to discuss options before requesting a change.
